Week 2

Today was weigh in day!

Today I am at 259.6, which is a loss of 2.2 pounds (and 10 lbs total since Jan.1!)! I feel like I am on a roll, and starting to actually feel motivated about this. It has taken me 2 weeks, but I am getting there.

I also started reading a book about PCOS that helps with dieting and meal planning. I am going to start this on Saturday, so hopefully it helps even more.

Thanks to everyone who has been supportive, and to all the people who have been making me exercise!
