Recipe of the Week!

My apologies for being gone for so long! We had an awesome trip to Yosemite! I'll post some pictures for tomorrow's post.

Last week I gained .2 lbs, but this week, I am down another 2.4 lbs! Currently I am at 256.2.

Hard work, but giving up sweets and alcohol has definitely helped!

Now for the recipe of the week (I know everyone is dying to read this every week...)

We enjoyed this recipe. The homemade pesto is oh so yummy! I used fresh shredded parmesan, instead of the powder stuff. This is also my first time making brussel sprouts. They were yummy, too!
